2021 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir

This 2021 vintage of Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir embraces the best characteristics of the growing region.  The nose greets you with an interesting potpourri of dried cranberry, ground coffee, fresh tarragon, and woodsy spice.  The palate is robust with a complex mix of berries and is framed by notes of black pepper, tobacco, toasted marshmallow, and ground cardamom. The '21 SLH Pinot finishes with perfectly-balanced acidity and fine tannins.
